3. If purchased at auction outlets, our vehicles are transported to our retail locations immediately after purchase by our company owned transports - not a third party, like most others. Our transport drivers take extreme care in loading our vehicles at the auction outlet and unloading our vehicles at our retail locations.
4. Immediately after receiving a vehicle at our retail locations, one of our over 35 highly trained vehicle technicians will evaluate each vehicle utilizing a comprehensive list of over 100 inspection items.
5. The inspection items list for each vehicle is reviewed by a highly trained technician manager to ensure that the technician did not over look a needed repair
6. Our highly trained vehicle technician utilizes the latest tools in evaluating our vehicles.
7. If required, these vehicle technicians recondition our vehicles with the highest quality parts in order to meet our 101-point inspection checklist. If it does not meet our standards, it is sent back to the auction - for someone else to buy.
8. Our licensed Virginia State Inspectors inspect each vehicle and put the most recent inspection sticker on the vehicle.
9. Lastly, the inspection items list for each vehicle is reviewed by a highly trained technician manager to ensure that the technician did not over look a needed repair.
